Our History

 

As a 4th generation immigrant of Germany, I  have dedicated my life to Glorifying God through the work of my hands.  In my youth, I spent many hours with my father in his wood shop learning how to develop ideas into reality.  I soon began to focus on improving the details of my work and learned at a very early age that if you want to build something beautiful, you must have inspiration.   Only through prayer have I been able to accept the grace that has developed the skills and talents afforded to me.

Throughout my life I have had the benefit of working with many talented artists and artisans of varied disciplines.   My past experience working for an amusement company has led me to many places all over the world collaborating with artists,  architects and designers for diverse cultures and contexts.  My travels and experiences have included many architectural treasures such as St. Peters -Rome, Hagia Sophia -Istanbul, Great Wall -China, Giza -Egypt, Red Square -Moscow, Imperial Palace -Tokyo, Forbidden Palace -Bejing, Chapultepec -Mexico City, Duomo - Florence, National Cathedral -Washington and many others.     

For the past 15 years as my business develops, so too does my journey in the Catholic faith.  My study of art and architecture with a love for building furniture has assisted me to develop works for the church in a very unique way.  My vocation as a husband and father has instilled a great purpose in me to work for the praise and glory of God.   Very Special Thanks to Sherri my dearest and supporting wife of 22 years.
